By accessing and using the Osterley Community Centre website and making a donation, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Donations

All donations made through this website are voluntary contributions to the Osterley Community Centre capital campaign. By making a donation, you acknowledge that:

• Donations are non-refundable unless required by law
• All donations will be used for the purposes stated in our campaign materials
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• You will receive a receipt for your donation for tax purposes

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. By making a donation, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Recurring Donations

If you choose to make a recurring monthly donation, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us or through your payment provider.

Use of Funds

All donations received through this campaign are dedicated to the Osterley Community Centre project, including property acquisition, development, fit-out, and programme establishment. Funds are managed by trustees and community representatives with clear oversight and accountability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osterley Community Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or making a donation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
